This is my own portfolio website presenting the LabaLuxe Laundry Services operations and business process project. I developed and organized the operational framework for LabaLuxe, covering service pricing, recurring packages, workflow design, quality control, equipment planning, staffing, utilities, and maintenance.
The site walks through the project like a case study: an overview of the operating model, a project snapshot with the key planning figures, five detailed operations sections, my role as Laundry Operations Coordinator, the skills the project demonstrates, and the outcome — turning a laundry business concept into a structured, documented, and scalable operating system.
Challenge
LabaLuxe is a modern laundry service concept designed to serve individuals, families, busy professionals, students, residential customers, and small businesses. My role was to transform individual service ideas into a practical operating system covering pricing, packages, workflow, quality control, equipment, staffing, delivery, utilities, and maintenance.
Approach
- Operations planning — structured the overall laundry operation and supporting requirements
- Service & pricing — organized service categories, pricing, packages, and add-ons
- Workflow & quality control — designed the end-to-end laundry process and quality checkpoints
- Resource planning — outlined equipment, staffing, utilities, delivery, and maintenance requirements
