Hardware customers need to know quickly whether a store carries what they need, how to get bulky materials delivered, and where and when to find the store.

Approach

  • Opened with a clear promise — "Build it. Fix it. Make it happen." — plus a call button and store hours.
  • Added a "What are you working on?" entry point: Build, Renovate, Repair, DIY.
  • Organized products into eight categories with a search prompt and "Ask about availability" on each.
  • Gave services, why-Ualat reasons, about, inquiry form, and location their own clear sections.
  • Used real store and delivery photography throughout.

  • Opened with a clear promise — "Custom cakes made for your sweetest moments." — with the location and an Order / Inquire button.
  • Presented signature creations with names, short descriptions, and an "Inquire for Price" entry point.
  • Added a "Browse by occasion" section: Birthday Cakes, Celebration Cakes, Cupcakes, Custom Designs.
  • Told the brand story — made with care since 2018, Caloocan location, customized cakes & cupcakes specialty.
  • Explained a simple four-step ordering process: Tell Us Your Idea, Customize Your Cake, Confirm Your Order, Celebrate!
  • Built a detailed inquiry form covering celebration date, cake type, size, flavor, budget, theme, and an inspiration photo upload.

My role was to transform individual service ideas into a practical operating system covering pricing, packages, workflow, quality control, equipment, staffing, delivery, utilities, and maintenance.
